Commercial masonry services
Four scopes, one subcontract. Brick and stone veneer, masonry restoration, structural CMU and retaining walls, and EIFS, stucco and waterproofing.
Most masonry contractors in this region do not carry that last one, which is why the block and the coating usually arrive as two subcontracts and one argument about whose detail let the water in.
Brick and stone veneer
Face brick, adhered thin brick, natural and cast stone, architectural precast and pavers. Sample panels, mortar color and joint profile agreed before the elevation goes up. Long lead brick gets submitted early, so the veneer is not what holds up your closeout.
Masonry restoration and renovation
Repair, replacement and matching on existing brick, stone and block, including buildings that stay open while we work. Tuckpointing and repointing, unit replacement, helical ties, cleaning, sealant renewal and lintel replacement, matched to what is already standing.

Structural CMU and retaining walls
Load bearing block, foundation walls and site retaining structures. Reinforcing, grout and lift sequence as the drawings call for them, with f'm statements, mock up panels and the full submittal package.

EIFS, stucco and waterproofing
Synthetic and traditional stucco, coatings, sealants and air barrier, under the same contract as the masonry. The wall and its coating sit in one subcontract, so the transitions between them stop being somebody else's detail.

How to get a number
Send the drawings and the bid date. You will get back a price built on the specification as written, and a note on anything in the package worth knowing early: a long lead unit, a detail that will not drain, a scope gap between us and the next trade.
